Phase 1: Structural Assessment & Planning

Core Infrastructure
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems that make the building safe and functional for 24/7 residential care.
Interior Construction
Framing, drywall, flooring, and finishing for private rooms, counseling offices, training spaces, and common areas.
Furnishing & Equipment
Beds, furniture, kitchen appliances, therapeutic equipment, and technology to support daily operations and resident wellbeing.
Safety & Compliance
Fire suppression, ADA compliance, emergency systems, and inspections required to meet residential care standards.
Exterior & Landscaping
Secure perimeter, outdoor spaces for residents, parking, signage, and exterior improvements that create a welcoming and safe environment.
